Type list

  • User Defined — manually specify the print direction.
  • Minimum Height — dimensions of the selected bodies are minimal in the Z direction.

Print Body

Select Body — Lets you select the bodies that will determine the print coordinate system.

CSYS

Available when Type = User Defined.

Specify CSYS — Specifies the printing coordinate system for the part. The Z-direction will be the print direction.

Offset

Offset to Build Plate — Specifies the distance between bottom of the body and the print CSYS to be created.

Degree of Freedom

Specifies the degree to which the downstream manufacturing application can manipulate the print coordinate system. This setting has no bearing on the part at design time.
