Intermediate Component step
You may define a component through which the connection passes. This step is optional.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Component Name | NX Component Name |
| Part Name | The NX part name of the component |
| Component Type | Select: Connector, Splice, Device, Other |
| Device ID | (identifier for the intermediate device) |
| Connector ID | (identifier for the intermediate connector) |
| Pin Name | (pin name at the intermediate component) |
Toolbar buttons on this step:
- Deletes the current intermediate component.
- Creates a new intermediate component.
- Move to next intermediate component (grayed out if none exists).
- Move to previous intermediate component (grayed out if none exists).
- Places a part, either from part library or from file selection.
