Sew cage faces together

This example shows how to sew two open control cages together in the NX Realize Shape environment.

1. Choose Home tab→Modify group→Sew Cage .

2. On the Top Border bar, from the Selection Rule list, choose Edge Boundary.

3. Select all the edges in the first side.

4. Middle-click to advance, and then select all the edges on the second side.

5. Middle-click to apply.

You need to apply your changes because you are going to sew another set of edges.

Sew Cage is still active.

6. Select the edges of the first side.

7. Middle-click to advance, and then select all the edges on the second side.

8. Middle-click to apply or select another NX Realize Shape command.
