Run position numbering

Each member of a run may be assigned an attribute designating the relative position of the member in a run. The interface allows for a prefix, suffix, start value, and an increment value to be given. The system then assigns the appropriate number to each member in a certain order. You may replace the default numbering algorithm with one of your own.
