Compare runs in an assembly with runs in an XML file

This example shows how to compare runs in a work part with the runs saved as XML in a schematic application such as COMOS.

Procedure

1. Open a part that has the runs.
2. Choose Menu → Tools → Run Navigator → Compare.
3. In the Compare Runs dialog box, from the Type list, select XML.
4. In the Compare with group, in the File Browser box, enter the path to the XML file.
5. In the Settings group, in the Run Identifier Filter box, type the RUN ID.
6. Click OK.

The runs are compared and the comparison results are displayed in the Compare Status column of the Run Navigator.
