Watertight Fittings dialog box

Flange

Select Curve — Lets you select an existing curve, or sketch a curve to extrude to create a watertight flange. This sketch, called the penetration sketch, plus the offset value is used as the outer loop, and the pipes connecting to the end flanges are used as the inner loops; the thickness specified is used as the extrude length.

The Offset and Thickness boxes let you specify the values to offset and thicken the extrusion.

Members

Select Routing Object — Lets you select the routing objects to include in the watertight subassembly. For example, the pipes that penetrate the wall and the flanges at both ends of the pipes.

Part Name

Specify Name — Displays the Watertight Fittings Part Name dialog box where you can specify a name for the watertight subassembly that you create. The name you specify is displayed in the Part Name group.

Attributes

Lets you specify attributes for the subassembly.

  • You must specify End1 Painting Condition and End2 Painting Condition.
  • Specifying AUX_DRAWING_INFO is optional.
