Stock Style

Use Stock Style to set how much detail is in the display of stock in the model. Changing the detail for stock can significantly affect the performance of the model.

The solid representations (Simple Solid and Detail Solid) will maintain associativity to the routing objects generated. The detail representation of the routing objects updates if the routing objects are modified in an edit operation. Qualify Part is used to define the cross section curves used for both the Simple and the Detailed representations.

Note: This functionality does not apply to Stock As Components mode. When stock is in Stock As Components mode, the style cannot be changed. The default style that stock components are created in is Detail if it exists, and Simple otherwise.

All stocks selected in the Stock dialog box have the chosen style applied to them.
