Generate a bend report

Procedure

1. Open the part in the Routing Mechanical application, and make sure a mechanical specialty application is turned on.
2. Choose Home tab → Utilities group → Bend Report.
3. In the Report Format group, make sure Relative - XYZ is selected.
4. Select the stock on the path. The bends are labeled numerically, starting with the bend closest to the WCS.
5. In the Include Characteristics list, select:
   • OD
   • PIPE_MATERIAL
6. Click OK.

NX lists the bend coordinates and their radius values in an Information window, starting with the bend closest to the WCS. The OD and PIPE_MATERIAL characteristics also appear at the top of the window.

PIPE_MATERIAL=ST37-2

The (X,Y,Z) coordinates are relative to the Work Coordinate System.
