Stock Fold
Use Stock Fold to fold a rectangular stock on a path. Stock Fold allows you to fold flat ribbon cables or any rectangular stock.
The Stock Fold dialog box lets you define a fold on a segment. At the point you select, Stock Fold divides the segment and creates a fold normal to the sectioned face of the first segment. Stock Fold attaches the second segment to the other end of the fold. There may be changes in the shape of the second segment depending on the position of the fold on the other end. You can define the fold line rotation and the bend angle through the Stock Fold dialog box.
In an illustration, a first fold line rotation shows a rightward rotation angle of 45°, and a second fold line rotation shows a leftward rotation angle of 85° (fold line rotation). Similarly, a first fold shows an upward folding method with a bend angle of 90°, and a second fold is downward with a bend angle of 110° (bend method).
