Sections

Specify Point or Select Cage Face

Lets you select points or cage faces.

Update Last Cross Section

Available after you define a section plane.

Realigns the control cage to contain the convergent body after you reorient a section plane using the manipulator tool.

Show Tool

Available after you specify a point or select a cage face.

Displays the manipulator tool, which you can use to dynamically move or reorient the section plane you are defining.

Segments

Circular

Available only when less than two section planes are defined.

Specifies how many segments you want to create per cross section. You can specify from 3 to 36 segments.
