Point Location
Specify Points
Lets you specify (or move) the locations for the ends of the polyline segments.
You can use the Point Constructor and the Snap Point options on the Top Border bar.
Points that are located at snap points of existing other geometry, or cage geometry are associative.
Closed
Specifies that the start and end of the polyline are at the same point, forming a closed loop.
Drawing Plane
Specifies a plane on which to create and constrain the polyline.
Constrained to Plane
Specifies the plane you want the polyline constrained to.
When selected, Specify CSYS becomes available.
Lets you select the current view coordinate system, or any of the current Work Coordinate System planes.
Movement
Constrains the movement of polyline segment ends.
WCS
Moves segment ends in a specified X, Y, or Z direction of the work coordinate system or along one of the principal planes of the WCS.

XC-YC
View
Moves segment ends in relation to the view plane.
Tip: Press and hold the Shift key while dragging segment ends to limit movement to the vertical or horizontal directions of the viewing screen.
Vector
Defines a direction in which to move the selected segment ends.
You can select a line, a datum axis, an OrientXpress vector, or use the Specify Vector options to define the direction.
NX moves the points or poles in a direction parallel to the vector you specify.
Snapping is active. If the object to snap to does not lie in the drag path of the pole, projected snapping is used.
Plane
Defines a plane in which to move the selected poles or polylines.
NX moves the segment ends in a direction parallel to the plane you specify.
Snapping is active. If the object to snap to does not lie in the drag path, projected snapping is used.
Segment
Moves the segment ends along either adjacent polyline segment.
Microposition
Allows for more precise movement of cage objects
Rate: 25%
Indicates the percentage of movement of selected objects. Use the slider to set the percentage.
Step Value
Only available with Drag method.
Specifies the distance of one step.
Moves the selected objects in a positive direction by the value specified.
Moves the selected objects in a positive direction by the value specified.
