Specify a component as an electrical component

To specify a component as an electrical component, use the Component List Wizard in the Electrical Component Navigator.

Start the Component List Wizard by choosing Menu→Tools→Component List→Create Component or Menu→Tools→Component List→Edit Component. Or, right-click a component in the Component Navigator and choose Component→Create or Component→Edit.

Root nodes may not be edited. Creation with a selected node creates a child node of the selected node.

The component navigator wizard has a single step to create/edit components. The Finish button becomes active when sufficient information is present to create or edit a cable.
